I’m a New York City based photographer and I’ve had the privilege of photographing weddings and families in the area for over 4 years
Things you should know about me before we meet….
- i’m obsessed with Asian food and could eat sushi 7 days a week if I were allowed

- i wear my heart on my sleeve, and can’t hide my emotions except when playing poker heads up against chris, i beat him every time
- whenever i leave this city and come home i marvel in how amazing it is…
- i didn’t go to college for photography because i didn’t want to shoot wedding and bar mitzvahs…. then i tried it and wouldn’t change it for the world

How i got started…..
My grandparents bought me my first camera when I was in 8th grade, I loved photography from that moment. I loved learning about it and ADORED being in the darkroom. In high school I took photography classes whenever I could, including Saturdays and summer break. You could find me in a darkroom most weekends experimenting on the images I had shot.
When I was looking at colleges, my mom wanted me to get a liberal arts education so art school was not an option, but I had to go somewhere with photography classes. I wanted to major in photography but didn’t know how that would guide me in life, I thought I was an artist, I never took portraits I enjoyed capturing landscapes and more artistic images. I ended up majoring in graphic design and taking as many photography classes as my school would allow. I graduated having no idea what to do with my life. I got a part time job working with a local wedding photographer and after the very first wedding, I was HOOKED!
I loved the people, the excitement, the details, the love and happiness. Most importantly I figured out I could use my artistic sensibilities while capturing the essence of the event I photographed. Shortly after, I then decided to branch out and start my own business and I’ve never been happier. I’ve absolutely found my perfect job! I love getting to know people and being able to capture moments in there lives.
I specialize in People… I guess you can call it lifestyle photography. I love wedding and children and everything in between. Stop waiting for an occasion and shoot me an e-mail or call me, life’s too short..
