what’s your style?
Browse though my image galleries and you’ll get a sense of what I do! My style is definitely modern, edgy, fun and yet timeless.
I want to capture who you really are, not who you pretend to be for the camera. I want you to walk by your canvas on the wall and smile, look back at the album in 10 years and see how things are so different and yet all the same!

In order to capture you as you are I need to know who we’re shooting and a little about you! Tell me your story, tell me what you do for fun, what makes your family unique.
where do your sessions take place?
Stephanie is an on-location natural light photographer. I believes that children and families are most comfortable and can be themselves in a familiar location, their home, a park, etc. The session fee includes locations in the Manhattan area, please email me with more specific questions.
who will be my photographer?
Me! That’s right the photographer behind Stephanie Reinish Photography is Stephanie! I will be answer your emails, shooting your session, editing and making sure you get exactly what you want!
how much is a portrait session?
an approximately hour and a half sessions is $300. non-refundable fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time.
what do we get for $300?
the session fee covers a pre-session consultation, approximately an hours of photography, with unlimited outfit changes for up to 5 family members (additional members are $35/person) and an ordering session.
how much should I expect to spend?
While each client has individual needs for their home most clients end up with a similar order. An average family order includes a wall portrait (16×20 or larger) or a custom wall grouping with multiple smaller sized framed prints, an album and a few gift prints for the family. Depending on the quantity and size, these orders typically range anywhere from $750- $1950. For more specific information about pricing please call or email me anytime. After booking your session you will receive a full price list.
how does the process work?
After booking your session, we will schedule 3 different appointments.
- The first appointment is a Consultation to form a plan for your session and discuss portraits, products, and pricing.
- Your second appointment will be your Portrait Session
- During the third appointment, you Ordering Session, we will view the images from your session and decide the best way to display them. At this appointment we will finalize your order.
what if I love your work but can’t afford a full session?
at various times throughout the year I offer mini sessions. Sign up for my mailing list to know when and where mini sessions will be held.
what’s a mini session and how is it different than a full session?
a mini session is a 45 minute session that takes place at the location of my choice, generally somewhere like central park or long island city. it’s a perfect update to a full session, or to concentrate on just one member of the family (with the exception or newborns).
what forms of payment do you accept?
I prefer cash or check, but I also accept Visa and Mastercard.
